FREE Landlord Forum in East Portland

The Office of Neighborhood Involvement is hosting a FREE Landlord Forum the third Thursday of each month from 6:30-8:30PM at East Precinct. The Landlord Forum is one of the many crime prevention services offered through the Office of Neighborhood Involvement's Crime Prevention program.

What to expect:

Jeffrey S. Bennet, Attorney at Law, specializing in landlord tenant law, will be the featured speaker at each forum. He will cover a specific topic at each forum, while also fostering a problem solving environment. Do you have a question about how to evict a problem tenant? Are you confused about a rental agreement? What are your legal rights as a landlord? Do you have a tenant who is involved in criminal activity? These questions and more can be answered at one of the scheduled Landlord Forums.
